'JOYCEVILLE JET' RICK WILSON SOARS TO VICTORY AT
OHSWEKEN |

PRATT,
LEINEN AND CASTELINE ALSO GRAB WINS |
The Southern Ontario Sprints were in town on Friday night for the season opener at the Ohsweken Speedway. 32 sprint cars were on hand for a fast paced night of action. In the 20 lap SOS A-Main it was Rick Wilson winning his second straight feature with the SOS and his first at Ohsweken with the SOS since August of 2002. A hard charging Rob Pietz made it close in the end but came home second.
In the DIRT Sportsman it was defending champion Rob Pratt taking the checkers in the 20 lap feature. Pratt was once again was too strong for the other competitors and took the win. In the Thunder Stocks it was Mini graduate Glen Leinen in victory lane in the red and white #9 Monte Carlo while Abel Castelein took the Mini Stock honours.
